1. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we place your order with our distributor. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or unavailable stock, and will refund you in full if we do.
2. Verification. Large or high-risk orders may be held for identity or address verification and may require a signature on delivery.
3. Shipping. Free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses. No PO boxes or freight forwarders. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
4. Risk of loss. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address you gave us.
5. Installation. We recommend professional installation. You are responsible for correct installation and compliance with vehicle laws.
6. Policies. Our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by California law. Nothing in them limits rights you have under applicable law.
